The beach is just beyond the pool over the private raised walkway and dune deck. This home is large with an open floor plan and lots of large windows to enjoy the water views and abundant natural light. The main living level has hardwood floors and 11 foot tongue and groove hardwood ceilings. The gourmet kitchen provides top of the line appliances, granite countertops, lots of cabinets, large dishwasher, microwave oven, large refrigerator w/ ice and water dispenser, double oven, 4 burner gas rangetop, island sink, island counter/bar stools, wet bar area with extra refrigerator and ice maker. Countertop appliances abound with coffee maker, can opener, blender, espresso maker, toaster oven, etc. On the third level of this home, you'll find two bedrooms and baths w/ cathedral hardwood tongue and groove ceilings and Pietra Verde limestone in the masterbath. Large spacious rooms and closets throughout. Lots of decks. Laundry on lower level with full size front load high efficiency equipment.
